If you came you are probably stuffed and do not want to see another pudding - well perhaps till tomorrow! A well attended event saw a massive range of pudding to tempt everyone . Twenty puddings were eaten by 54 guests which raised a total of £410. The event was a sell out. Thank you to all our pudding makers - your products were demolished remarkably quickly. Our fabulous grounds team were at work again. This time clearing the gravel from the side of the rear carpark as it was breaching the damp proof course and starting to cause issues inside. The team (Mike, Steve and Phil) soon had the job completed. Many thanks chaps.
Pleasant morning which raised £90 for to support Freedom from Torture charity who provide medical services to survivors of torture when returning to the UK.
The harvest produce was delivered this morning to North Warkwickshire Food Bank at Atherstone. They were very pleased with the large collection of dried and packet foods. We had a good lot of gifts. Some lovely flowers went to local residents and the harvest supper has raised £190 for the Methodist church which is double the amount raised last year. Many thanks again to anyone who has contributed to this years Harvest.
